Lexi started in sales in 2015, cold calling to sell sports tickets. What began as a job became a fixation. She picked up Chris Voss’s “Never Split the Difference,” then “The Challenger Sale” as well as “Managing the Sales Pipeline: Building Consistency and Predictability in Sales”, and she didn’t stop.
Every night ended with a sales podcast, and every gap in her schedule was spent reading methodology she hadn’t tried yet. By 2017 she’d moved into an account executive role at the same company, where the work shifted from dialing to running full discovery calls, building messaging frameworks, and learning how to control a sales conversation from open to close.
From there, the scope expanded into the operational side: standing up CRMs, writing outbound sequences, sourcing and building prospect lists, then hiring, training, and managing the reps who’d run them. She learned revenue operations the same way she learned sales, with boots on the ground and indestructible persistence.

I started Impello because I kept watching the same thing happen. I’d watch a founder with an incredible product and great market signal work off of a duck taped pipeline held together by referrals and luck.

Impello builds outbound sales systems for early-stage B2B founders. That includes lead list building, CRM setup and migration, cold email and call sequences, pipeline structure, and SDR hiring and management. Depending on your stage, I also offer ongoing RevOps retainers.

Usually pre-Series A, with a product that’s proven but a sales motion that’s informal. If you’re spending more time networking than prospecting, Impello is probably a fit.
It starts with a free discovery call to understand your current pipeline, ICP, and goals. From there I’ll put together a scoped proposal, usually a buildout project first, then an optional retainer to keep the system running. Most buildouts take 4–8 weeks. You’ll have a working outbound system and the knowledge to run it by the end.
My core stack is HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, and Zapier or Make for automation. If you’re already using a different CRM or sequencing tool, I’ll work with what you have, or make a case for switching if there’s a strong reason to. I’m tool-agnostic; the system matters more than the software.

Sales system buildouts start at $4,000 depending on scope. Ongoing RevOps retainers start at $2,500/mo. Every engagement is scoped individually. I don’t do one-size-fits-all packages. Pricing is discussed transparently on the discovery call.
Yes. Most clients move into an ongoing RevOps retainer after the initial buildout, which covers sequence optimization, reporting, CRM hygiene, and strategic guidance as your pipeline grows. If you’d rather run it independently, I’ll make sure you’re fully equipped to do that too.
